Open an OXPS file and save it as PDF

OXPS is the standardised version of XPS (OpenXPS, ECMA-388). Windows 8 and later can save it when you print to the Microsoft XPS Document Writer.

Do I need to rename .oxps to .xps?

No. Some older viewers only accept .xps, and renaming doesn’t convert anything anyway; the two formats differ slightly inside. This page reads both as they are.
